Beautiful Brisbane

This is one of my all time favourite times of the year where I live. The weather is getting warmer, there are new shoots on all the trees, the beautiful flowers are in full bloom and even the salad vegies in my little urban patch are ready to eat. But the best part by far are the jacaranda trees. They litter my neighbourhood in a sea of purple/ blue and drop their pretty flowers on the pavement. Every October they literally burst open from their slumber and demand attention.
